Description
In this course, learners will develop a well-rounded set of communication, writing, and public relations skills for professional and leadership contexts. Learners will build trust through effective communication, practise active listening, deliver constructive feedback, and apply structured presentation techniques – reinforcing these skills through AI simulator exercises. They will explore public relations strategy, brand building, business ethics, and professional speaking, and strengthen their written communication through business grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence construction, and professional editing. Learners will gain an introduction to digital marketing and social media, and develop creativity and organisational habits to support innovative thinking. The course concludes with an in-depth leadership communication series covering nonverbal communication, clarity, the root causes of communication breakdown, and strategies for communicating with confidence and impact.
