Description

In this course, learners will develop the leadership, cultural, and strategic capabilities needed to drive effective business execution at every level of an organisation. Learners will build and lead high-performance teams by mastering interviewing, goal synchronisation, psychological safety, and team collaboration – drawing on MIT Sloan Management Review insights covering hybrid work, employee engagement, innovation, and managing through uncertainty. They will explore a range of leadership styles including servant leadership and kind leadership, and develop a strong leadership brand and culture that supports transformation, resilience, and sustainable growth. Learners will apply strategic thinking and long-term planning frameworks to translate strategy into tangible results, improve business processes, and lead a culture of execution with measurable outcomes. The course concludes with a focus on executive presence, professional communication, and relationship-driven leadership to equip learners to perform and influence at the highest levels.
