Course

Database Management System

49 hours 03 minutes

Credits: Optional Learning

Description

In this course, learners will develop a comprehensive understanding of Agile principles, practices, and organisational application – from foundational concepts through to scaling Agile across the enterprise. Learners will explore Agile at scale, product roadmap development, and Agile product management, before progressing through the full PMI-ACP framework covering Agile principles, methodologies, frameworks, common practices, and project estimation. They will build change management skills to navigate, sustain, and lead organisational transformation while keeping teams motivated and engaged. Learners will cultivate personal agility through growth mindset development, continuous learning, and adapting to a digital-first workplace. The course concludes with a focus on building Agile organisations – exploring cloud-enabled Agile development, DevOps and Agile integration, Agile scaling models, and the cultural foundations needed to embed organisational agility, supported by AI simulator exercises for real-world technology and project methodology decision-making.
