Description

In this course, learners will develop a comprehensive foundation in design thinking and UX design – from core creative principles and stakeholder engagement through to user research, prototyping, and career-ready design skills. Learners will explore the full design thinking process including opportunity definition, brainstorming, ideation, user personas, and UI/UX relationships, applying critical thinking through AI simulator exercises and iterating on products through hands-on labs. They will connect design thinking to Agile methodologies, build customer-obsessed service skills, and apply strategic thinking to business planning and opportunity assessment. Learners will conduct user research using interviews and analytical methods, apply design thinking to define and ideate solutions, and develop advanced proficiency in Figma for collaborative design and handoff. The course concludes with UX career readiness preparation including portfolio wireframing and team collaboration skills essential for professional design practice.
