Description
In this course, learners will develop a comprehensive and progressive set of leadership and management skills – from navigating first-time manager challenges through to leading with agility, influence, and strategic vision. Learners will explore leadership transitions across frontline, middle, and senior management levels, and build practical skills in team building, goal synchronisation, hybrid workplace leadership, cross-cultural communication, inclusion, and operational excellence. They will develop emotional intelligence, coaching capabilities, and people development practices, and lead through shared vision, diversity, and accountable leadership. The course also equips learners to create a culture of execution, solve complex problems, make sound decisions, and apply Agile leadership principles. Learners will strengthen their capacity for innovation, collaborative leadership, cross-functional collaboration, influence, and professional networking to lead effectively in dynamic and complex organisational environments.
